hello aspirant,
After b.pharma you may get job in pharmaceutical companies as sales associated. but if you want to do job in research and development sector you need to have done m.pharma course. make a account in linked in , naukri, times job and do contact with seniors if they have any reference for interviews. try hard, you may get success.
