A gazette notification is enough proof for your name change... Show it at the time document verification. !
As per the rules.. in India the academic name cannot be done..like in your 10th marksheet..which is totally fine.. because it is just for DOB.

Yes, you can fill the applications with your new name. In few applications you even have provision to provide your record of name change in the past. In such cases you can fill the details as per the particulars to be filled in the application form. You can provide the Gazzate notice at the time of document verification or upload it in the online application form so that your new name will be considered.
