Recently I have passed my 12th on cbse board with arts side.can i go to canada or usa for my graduation after passing my ielet eaxam?

Hi Nehal,
IELTS is more like an eligibility exam and clearing it allows you to seek admissions in many countries including Canada and USA. However, the top universities of the world also demand good score in other examinations like SAT. So yes, you could get universities abroad by passing IELTS but only the mediocre ones. IELTS score does not matter in most places, clearing it is enough.
