Hello Arnav
I would like to thank you for considering us to guide you. You have completed your 12th recently and aspires for UPSC that's a wonderful choice. I would suggest that you can opt for distance learning like you can take Study material and prepare and when you have completed your graduation you can go for a proper coaching.
You can take Byjus study material it's really nice they offer you a tab for online classes and they give you access to study material and apart from this after your selection in preliminary round 1 and your mains they call you and prepare you for interview they call the candidates train them for 35days make them take mock interviews with the help IAS officers.
The coaching that I am aware of is RAO's in Delhi you can talk to them and they will guide you .
I hope this gives you an overview. And best of luck

Thank you very much for your wonderful opinion, I need one more favour from you that is I am confused in choosing subject(optional )for upsc mains, can you suggest me which subject is best for me.
I would suggest that when you talk to the coaching authorities they will guide you regarding the same . But I would to choose a subject that you have already studied at the time of your graduation like if you are a law student than you take law as your optional.
Hello student,
You can prepare for UPSC in two ways - either you can join an institute or go for self study. If you are planning to go for self study, then supplement ot with test series and keep yourself updated with news papand current affairs. If you wish to join any institute, please comment below, the place you live in, so that I could help you with the answer.
Good luck
