You should definitely go for course related to Data Science. Data science courses are available online as well as offline. Jobs related to data science and AI has been increasing as data is generated everyday but there are less human force who has the sufficient knowledge to convert the raw data into the meaningful data. From your background, you must be very well versed with Statistics and Computer Science. It is the perfect combination to start a course on Data Science.
