Hey,

The recognized University means, that particular university must be recognized or certified by University Grants Commission(UGC). UGC release a list of fake universities and apart from that, all the universities are recognized universities. Recognized means they must be registered with the concerned statutory body. To be a CBI Officer, you can pursue your bachelors from UGC Approved(recognized) universities.

Apart from these universities, all other universities are recognized universities.
