The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Bangalore is responsible for conducting the state quota counselling for NEET in Karnataka and according to the information brochure released by them on the official website if you have been allotted a seat in Round 2 and then you want to upgrade it in Mop-up round then I would like to make you clear that you will not get the paid amount back if you would not like the seat got in Mop-up round and if you have been allotted a seat in Round 1 and you kept it reserved for upgradation in Round 2 then only you are eligible to get refund with some deduction of around 1500/-INR.
