regarding neet pg 2020 counseling if i get alloted with seat in round 2 then am i allowed to attend state counseling???? what if i leave the seat????? should I have to pay any penalty if so how much it would be plss anybody answer.... tq

Well as far as I know then getting admission in a college and getting allocated a seat are two different things. If you got a seat but not take admission then you can opt out and your money will be wired back after deducting a certain amount. And then you can attend the state counseling.
