The certificate will be issued by the regional or subregional officer under jurisdiction .
The candidate need to register to the RO/SRO after the issue of admission notice in public domain by Hisc
The document required as the hisc phechan card, neet rool n.o admit card, proof of residence, school certificate, birth certificate ,senior secondary school certificate.
