regarding TANCET 2019, what is the procedure of counselling and i couldn't find any registration link for ME/M.tech 2019.

First of all you need to register on the website using your ID email, birth date, gender, etc and other personal details. Then the required documents need to be uploaded to the website of TANCET where you have filled your application earlier. After this you have to pay the required fee which is 500 for Unreserved and 200 for sc/ST,etc. You will get Mtech link on the official website.
