for AIIMS examination you need to score in excess of 60% of each of physics, chemistry, biology and English for unreserved candidates and in excess of 50% for the reserved candidates.
In order to become eligible for NEET, you need to have total 50% aggregate marks in both theory and practicals and that for AIIMS, the requirement is total 60% marks in all the subjects.

your over all board percentage of physics chemistry & biology out of 100 is the determinant of your eligibility for NEET exam
so that overall 100 accounts for both theory & practical of a particular subject .
Coming to the NEET eligibility criteria
for General it is 50%
ST = 40%
for aiims it is
general & obc = 60%
ST & SC= 50%
