you need to score in excess of 50% in aggregate of each of physics, chemistry and biology in your class 12 board examinations under unreserved category to be held eligible for NEET UG examination and the cutoff will be 40% for the reserved categories

for AIIMS examination you need to score in excess of 60% of each of physics, chemistry, biology and English for unreserved candidates and in excess of 50% for the reserved candidates.

In order to become eligible for NEET, you need to have total 50% aggregate marks in both theory and practicals and that for AIIMS, the requirement is total 60% marks in all the subjects.
