Respected authority, i want to do m tech in nit from any kind of branch from civil department.. but scored from gate2020 "391" from OBC Category...? can i get suggest from u sir..?

If you consider last year cutoffs and closing GATE score then you can get only one NIT i.e
NIT Silchar - National Institute of Technology :- M.Tech. in Water Resources Engineering
Last 3 Year closing score:
391, 396, 402.
