Hello Aspirant

I'm providing two ways follow either one which u want:

Here are six tips for you:

  1. Put your phone on silent mode and place it at  the  other end of  the  room.
  2. Turn off your Internet access.
  3. Take  a  deep breath when you're about to get  distracted  .
  4. Ask people to give you privacy.
  5. Get eight hours of sleep  every  night.
  6. Use  a  tool to help you prioritize your tasks

Here is the other way,Both may be similar but some like to use music some precisely not

  1. Get organized with a to-do list
  2. Silence alerts and keep open Internet tabs to a minimum
  3. Break big projects into small pieces
  4. Use music and headphones to cut down noise
  5. Find the best environment for efficient studying
  6. Clean up and organize your work space
  7. Reward yourself for accomplishments

Hope it helps

Thank You & Good Luck!!!

It is the most common problem right now.  But you can always start slow and progress in building your concentration. Do not study for longer hours. For example, if on a given day you can only concentrate for 15 minutes, so be it. If you realise that your focus is being deviated, keep your books aside. Think about what is distracting you. Think about it for the next 15-20 minutes. But do set an alarm for this. Once the time is over, get back to books. Or also write down that you need to think about what has been distracting you and promise to come back to it and think about it. Initially focus on concentrating for shorter periods of time. Slowly you can increase the study time. It is not the amount of time that you study but the quantity of study that you can actually take the gist of the subject you have studied. Try this:

  • Picking the Best Environment for you to study: This is important because you should feel secure and comfortable but not too comfortable where you might fall asleep.
  • Always reducing the visual distractions: Make sure you have nothing within your vicinity to distract you. Like keep your phone a side. Or sit away from the TV, Windows where you can see people.
  • Try to Eliminate Noise around you: If you are someone who can concentrate with music, make sure it is light music and nothing to distract you. It should increase your ability to concentrate and not distract you. If there is any noise that might distract you, use ear plugs or a fan. Trust me, if am being distracted by noise, I switch on the fan and it works.
  • Self talk to control Internal Distractions: When you are noticing that the mind is drifting aside, stop what you are upto and keep a checkmark on a piece of paper along with the time. Keep a track of these checkmarks and the timings. Talk to yourself that you understand you are being distracted but you also have to study. If it keeps bothering you, write down what is it that is bothering you and promise yourself that you will come back and look into that. Now that has been parked in the notebook, get back to studying.
