mbbs in uk and us has a different process than in india. in usa you have to do 4 years of grad school compulsarily and then do MD(equivalent to mbbs in india) followed by residency and fellowship. their residency is equivalent to MD/MS in india. after 4 years of graduation . if you are an international student , the minimum requirement is to be a graduate and only then you can apply for MCAT ,which is their pre med entrance test like neet.

for residency(PG) you have to appear for USMLE which has 3 steps . after you complete all of them , you can study there.

higher your scores in the above entrance exams, better the colleges you get.select the colleges you want to apply to based on your scores.
