respected sir/ma'am i have forgotten my password and tried to get a new one but when i started the process of resetting it and reached on the page of sent otp i noticed that i am not getting the otp on my email id and i have tried it many times but i am not getting the otp on my email. please help!
Hello. Kindly check the spam folder too for the OTP and specify what login are you asking about so that I can help you with their contact information. Also usually there will be a limit on the number of times a candidate can generate OTP so kindly refrain from refreshing again or repeatingly request a new one.
