Respected sir/madam, can we change the options which was entered in first round at the time of second round?

Yes you can absolutely do that if you think the college's you have entered in the 1st round option are not fine you can add different Colleges of your choice it can be different from the 1st round options no issues. You can try out different Colleges and increase your chances of getting a seat!
