2. CHEMISTRY : One thing keep in mind that Chemistry is the most scoring subject in any competitive exams. So for extra-ordinary performance in any exam you should be very talented, detailed-oriented and well-resourced in Chemistry.

A. For inorganic chemistry, you can thoroughly study NCERT.

B. However for Physical and Organic chemistry, I'll recommend you GRB Publication, because they are accepted nationwide and you'll get very detailed explanation. Moreover O.P.Tandon and Arihant are the most useful books for scoring good marks in NEET. 3. PHYSICS : You can study Concept of Physics by H.C. Verma but it's gonna be a extra load for the students from PCB background and if you are an extra talented students, you should go for I.E. Irodov. Moreover for practising problems in mechanics and rotational dynamics you must go through Objective Physics by Pramod Agarwal minutely and for optics, electromagnetism and waves just practise Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick, and Walker regularly.
