As you mentioned your expected marks in NEET examination which is 400 Mark but as per the previous year cut-off marks your marks is not up to mark to get admission in government college for MBBS. So it's quite difficult to get a seat in government medical College. So you might get a seat in private medical colleges for MBBS. Your chance get a seat for BAMS when compared to MBBS is high. It varies from state to state. It also varies from state to state quota seats to all india quota seats.
