Yes, diploma holders are also eligible to appear in JEE main provided that candidate must pass 3 year diploma from AICTE or SBTE recognised board.You may get admission in NITs/GFTIs if you qualify JEE main and if you qualify JEE advanced you may get admission in IITs.Apart from qualifying entrance exam you need to have minimum aggregate to get admission in NITs/IITs/GFTIs.And the minimum aggregate is 75%(for General category candidates) and 65% (SC/ST category candidates) in 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board or university.
