Respected Sir/ma'm.I got seat in Dr.lankapalli bullaya college in 1 counseling.Can I expect Good college than this in 2nd counseling.All the colleges participated in 1st counseling will participate in second counseling or not, Or the colleges which are unfilled will participate in second counselling

You haven't mentioned the course/counselling regarding which your query is about. Please specify the counselling/course in the comments box so that we can answer your query. You can participate in second phase counselling and you have to select the institutes only in which you are interested to seek admission, do not select the institutes in which you are not interested to seek admission. All the vacant seats after first phase seat allotment will be considered for second phase counselling. You will find all the institutes participated in first phase counselling in second phase as well but the seat allotment is based on merit of the candidate, category of the candidate, vacant seats and preferences of institute. If you have secured a decent rank you have good chances of getting seat in a decent institute.
