Respected sir/ma'am, I have filled the course concerning bachelors in f tech instead of b. des. by mistake. How should I correct the error?

Though the correction window is closed (as you mentioned) now there won't be any correction possible. What you can do is, approach the contact details of the officials of the college/university from their website and mail them mentioning your details and application or enrollment number.
They should revert you incase they consider it.
