see, in 75% you may or may not get the best colleges for psychology honours. It also depends on your category. If you are an unreserved category, you may find it difficult to get admission in the best government colleges, but if you are a reserved cateory student, then it may be possible for you to get admission in the best colleges.

few colleges that provide BA HONS psychology course are:

delhi university, st xaviers, christ university, symbiosis, jamia milia islamia, dy patil etc

you may find it difficult to get government colleges but you can get private colleges like amity university.

it has courses in clinical psychology and applied psychology.
