The basic eligibility criteria is that the candidates should have studied and passed from a recognised institution situated in Karnataka. The academic study from a state institute should be for a minimum period of 7 years, starting from 1st standard to 2nd PUC/12th standard as on July 1 of the exam year ans also should have appeared/passed either SSLC/10th standard or 2nd PUC/12th standard exam from Karnataka. You are from kasargod which is a municipal town in Kerala, but you need to fulfil this criteria. If you match this criteria, there are other criteria also. shana no, you can't. kcet is for students who have studied in karnataka (details mentioned in the answer). no other candidates are eligible for kcet.

shana Comedk is open to all Indian candidates. You can appear for comedk but first check their criteria regarding minimum marks etc.
