Vishwakarma University, VIT, VIIT are the most prestigious colleges in Pune after COEP. They have excellent faculty, great track record of placement and beautiful and lavish campus. Also, the crowd that you experience in this college is also really good and inspiring. Its syllabus is up to the industry standards and teaching methodology and labs are quite proficient. Its fees might be a little hefty, however, they are totally worth it and you will get them back in the placement procedure if you are successful

MIT - WPU, is a quite average college, with huge fees. It has a pretty decent faculty with clean labs and equipments. Its placement record is also quite decent with most of the people being placed are from the software domain and less of the core side. It may have a large campus and some lavish areas around it, I dont think it would matter if the faculty teaching and the people and crowd of the college are good enough.

So, finally, I suggest you that you go for VIT, VIIT, VU over MIT-WPU anytime and try to get the best branch in these colleges for the maximum advantage of your career.

The faculty members here are highly qualified and easily accessible.It ensures that the relationship between teachers and students is at a very respectable level on both sides. The curriculum has an in-depth knowledge of modern and up-to-date technology without ignoring the basics. In technology ranging from AR / VR to data analysis, the study curriculum makes students more than industry-ready.

Approximately 60% of students are enrolled in the first half of the 2020-2021 campus placement session. For enrolled students, the average salary paid was almost 4 LPAs, and the highest paid salary was 12 LPAs. The lowest salary offered was 3 LPA. Dream companies also visit here, offering a salary package of 30 LPAs, but the number of those companies visiting here is small. However, it remains to be seen. Some teachers are very good and experienced, but others are like coaches. We do not know what they teach. In particular, you should learn from YouTube or other sources. The lesson is good, and the working classes are good and give you confidence. You will find many things to learn there. Tests are difficult in some subjects.

The campus is small compared to other colleges but is located in Kothrud, the city center. Communication is good. The CSE has 480 students, which is large and needs to be reduced. At the moment, our hiring process is ongoing, so companies that offer packages from 3 LPA to 10 LPA come here. The college makes sure to bring in the best companies, especially job-based companies. Most students have received internships, depending on the students.
