Meenakshi medical college is one of the renowned established private college. The value of degree is same as any other government College but if you in terms of intelligence one has to work very hard to pursue higher than from a government college.
Check MCI about its status. If it is recognised then it's good. As it is private make sure you have strong financial backing.

It is a well known institute in Tamilnadu, private college. Though the value of the degree, You would be a medical graduate, doctor, allowed to practice medicine across india and qualified for pg. The faculty and the facilities are really good.
