The college offers various courses both at Undergraduate UG and Postgraduate PG level in field of medicine. Various courses such as MBBS, MD, MS, Bsc, MSc etc are offered.A 3 years PhD program is also offered by the college.

Saveetha Medical College, Chennai has more than 80 percent placement. Highest salary package offered is approximately 6LPA and the lowest is approximately 4LPA. After the completion of the MBBS course, one can get internship opportunities for 1 year and the stipend is approximately Rs 20000 per month. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D holders and teach nicely by clearing the doubts of the students.
