Hello Harsh, See college need to be selected based on Placement level, Faculty Level, Environment, infra., Campus and so on...
Placements : The placements offered in this college are average ( say 50%). Average salary 3 - 4 LPA. Companies visit but with the vacancy in marketing jobs, irrespective of course and finance or HR. You have to work hard for getting placements. The placement was same for our senior batches also. Almost 50% of the people were not placed, rest others got jobs through some family contacts or business.
Infrastructure is good, IT lab with great facility, but It does not have the hostel facility. There will be a lot of space for cultural activities. Good place for personal and mental development.
Faculty in the college is experienced, Creative learning is taught + very supportive ... C ollege encourages the students in live projects, industrial visit.
Hope i answered your query... Be free to contact for further assistance... ALL the Best
These are the various aspects you should know about college.
Placements:The placements are not so good. Companies are coming but not offering that good packages. Finance students have to struggle a lot with the placement. Marketing students can get a job from the college placement. Companies like Oppo, Vivo, and also ITC came, but many of the students were placed on their own and not from the college placement. Their placement cell needs new staff and someone who could convince the company to come to college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Library is decent. Class rooms are good, spacious but you cannot use them without lectures. There are lifts but students are not allowed to use them. IT lab is always full for outside exams.
Faculty:Some of the faculty members are good, and up to the mark. They provided quality knowledge apart from the bookish knowledge. They teach with the practical examples along with the industry exposure.
The course curriculum is set as per the Mumbai University.
According to me you should check some other colleges as well because infrastructure and faculty is just a matter of two years but placements are most important. And the do not provide better placements just average placements.
Best of luck
