Yes , It is possible.
See, because of Bar Council of India ( which regulates Lawyers Profession ) have not recognized any distance learning degree for LLB. you can do LLB on regular basis .
But, in MA course you can apply from distance learning . MA is basically two year program distance learning in MA is also valid .
So , according to me you can apply LLB on regular basis and MA from corresponding. I think this is the way out .

To do LLB course of 3 years duration , you must have passed your graduation from B.Sc/B.com/B.A/ BBA/BCA or relevant degrees with min 45% marks .
But , two regular courses can't be possible at a time.
Well, you can opt Distance education study for MA courses of your choices along with your regular law course .
IGNOU is the best option for this .
Note: both of the cases , there is no upper age limit .
