The candidate should put his/her left-hand thumb Impression on white paper with Blue Ink and scan for uploading. NTA conducts the entrance exam for NEET once a year. Ramesh Pokhriyal on NEET 2021 said that the exam date will be announced soon. The expected NEET 2021 exam date is May 2, however, since the announcement of the CBSE Board exams schedule, the exam date is likely to get postponed. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. TA will release the NEET 2021 application form in an online mode at ntaneet.nic.in. Candidates applying for NEET 2021 exam must have completed a minimum 17 years of age at the time of admission as of 31 December, 2021.

You can use either right or left hand thumb impression  on white paper with blue ink. But as per preference you should use your left hand thumb in place of right hand thumb impression.

But if there is some issue like some injury you can use your right hand thumb too. As there is no such restriction available.

Left hand thumb impression is required for filling Neet application form but yes Right Hand Thumb impression can be uploaded in case of non- availability of  left-hand thumb due to any eventuality

Here's a brief how you can fill your Neet application form once its gets released, to fill the form you need to follow given below steps

* registration:- first of all you need to vist the official page i. e  ntaneet . nic . in and register yourself and generate your login credentials

* filling your details in the application of NEET 2021:- you have to fill your personal details , the medium or  language in which you want your neet  question paper,  academic details, your address etc

*Uploading the images :- You need to upload the scanned image of your signature, your passport size photograph, post card size picture and scanned image of your left hand thumb impression.

* paying neet application  fee:- you have to pay your neet application fee in online mode

* At last you need to take the print of the confirmation page

For filling the neet application form following documents are required:-

*your passport size photograph:- the  background of your photo should be white , preferably with your name and date of taking the photograph. It should be in JPG/JPEG format and its size should be within 10 kb to 200kb

*your postcard size picture:- the background of your postcard size picture should be white, preferably with your name and date of capturing photo. Its size should be 50 to 200 kb and in JPG/JPEG format . Its dimension should be 4 cm x 6 cm

* your Signature:- your signature should be in running hand writing  on white paper /Background with black pen. Its size should be within 4 to 30 kb and in JPG/JPEG format

* your left-hand thumb impression:- it should be with blue ink on white paper . Its size should be within 10 to 50 kb and in JPG/JPEG format

*class 10 passing certificate :- you should scan your Class X Passing Certificate for uploading. Its size should be within 100 to 400 kb and in JPG/JPEG format
