Correct Answer: INR 750

Solution : Using the alligation diagram

Given: C 1 : C 2 = 2 : 3
The rate of the colour C 1 = INR 500
Using alligation:
$\frac{C_2 - 650}{650 - 500} = \frac{2}{3}$
C 2 = 750
Hence, the correct answer is INR 750.
