Correct Answer: INR 48
Solution : Single discount of 30% on INR 3840 $=\frac{30}{100}\times3840= 1152$ Single discount of 25% and 5% $=(25+5-\frac{25\times 5}{100})=28.75$% Now, Single discount of 28.75% on INR 3840 $=\frac{28.75}{100}\times3840= 1104$ $\therefore$ The difference in discount = 1152 – 1104 = 48 Hence, the correct answer is INR 48.
