RJS and RHJS में law digri के अतिरिक्त 3साल की प्रेक्टिस अनिवार्य है क्या?

No, I do not think a law practice is mandatory. What it requires is that a candidate must hold a degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professional) of any University established by Law. There are some age limits, but apart from that there is no other restrictions.
