I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical this year, According to cut off last rank for the college was 56971 through state quota so you have no chance of getting that college with such high rank.

The all India quota is always higher than that.You may try for private medical colleges through state quota.

You must know that cutoffs are different for central as well as state counselling. And the cutoffs for central counselling are usually more than state counselling.

As per the previous year cutoffs , your score must be more than 470+ for central counselling and 450+ for state counselling for getting a seat there . However , this year the cutoffs are expected to increase by 20 or 25. So , your marks are on a close call.

If the cutoffs don't increase by this much , then you may have good chances.
