Hello Candidate,
Foreign MBBS is best as in foreign MBBS academic fees cost up to 20 lacks whereas ,In India MBBS cost is high if your marks is not good in NEET.
In India cost of MBBS is around 1.25 crore if rankings is not too good.
You should go MCI list college of any country so after MBBS you able to practice in India.

Candidate it varies with college to college,Some college of foreign countries accept NEET score ,and some take their own admission test which is similar to NEET, you should view official MCI website first and try to find out which college are under MCI and what are there admission procedure. Watch the video of Vivek Bindra sir it is helpful MBBS from foreign countries.
