Neet cutoff for the states and colleges varies every year based on
  • Previous year cutoff
  • Number of students qualified
  • Number of students attended the exam
  • Availability of seats etc..,
But to be able to get into orissa state category neet government college for general category you have score atleast a minimum of 1073 state rank. So it is safe to say you need to score atleast 550 marks.
