Since you have asked this question months ago, I hope you have got admission in any decent college/University.
Statistics and Computer applications both are different courses. In statistics, students can explore subjects like advanced probability, quantitative economics, applied statistics, biostatistics, data analysis, mathematical statistics and actuarial science. MCA course makes students learn and understand both theory and applications in Computer Science.
Before selecting any of the course one must go through the course syllabus, future aspects and other factors also but the most important is that One should opt for the course in which he/she is interested and for which you have the skills.
