Depending on the Institution that you pursue your degree from and the hospital you land a job in, the salary for a critical care specialist may vary greatly.
And goes without saying that a physician's salary in the Critical Care unit is going to be much higher than a Registered Nurse's.
Also, the city you work in can influence your salary as well.
Having said that, the Average salary of a CC physician is around 15L INR p.a. with a minimum 3 year experience. The salary can go up with experience and track record as well upto 30L INR p.a.
The salaries of Critical care specialists is also expected to go up soon.
