Same here. Date shown as 15-04-2019. Should I be worried? Would NTA correct it and advise candidates to reprint the admit card?

I suggest you get in touch with the NTA customer support by emailing or by calling. They will hear your problem and will clear your doubt as well. Don't panic at this moment as you need to focus on your study. If it is showing wrong to you then it is wrong for others too. Some are getting the date 15th April 2019. But there is no official statement has been released from the NTA officials.
