see your questions seems not clear, however I am taking you have done graduation on english and now you are doing b.ed, since the students who have done bachelors in english has wide scope, you may apply for as teacher role in govt or private schools, you may work as an hr manager or may work in operation specialist role in corporate office if you have basic skill in computers like ms office, typing etc. you may also work as a content writer in mncs. see if you have any more query you may ask in in comment section.
