Hello Pushpala,
I'll suggest you to attend Sastra Counselling by yourself and for other college you can send your parents to attend counselling on behalf of you.
You just need to write an application stating the reason of your absence in counselling and also mention in the application that your parents will attend counselling on behalf of you.
