Hello mukesh,

First of all don't worry about the result you have got now. Talking about long term, its good because with long term you will be able to get a very good colleges if you work sincerely and with constant motivation. If you're a person who gets distracted by any sort of things then i suggest you not to go for drop as it will help you nothing. If you're not talking drop then you will be having a chance to appear for GATE or CAT examination earlier which will help you to get good placement. The things you must always keep in your mind before talking drop are:

  • You must not care about anything happening around you.
  • You must give minimum of 6 to 8 hours daily to studies.
  • Avoid regular use of junk food as it may lead to illness.
  • Ready to hear nonsense from tge society about your drop.
  • Don't think about your friends.
  • Clear all the basics of the subject.
  • Make every subject your favourite as it will help you to score more.

If you will be able to handle these and some more things then please go for drop, and if not then take a decent college and prepare for GATE or CAT.

I hope you will find my answer helpful.

All the best.
