As we know the cutoff marks of sbi clerk pre are always issued according to states, so ot would be easy for us to answer your question more accurately if you share your state with us.
But,as you mentioned in your profile that you are from Haryana,so i will considered that and gave you the cutoff of that particular state.
So,last year,i.e.; in 2018 the cutoff marks for ex-servicemen of Haryana was 49 out of 100 in preliminary exam of sbi clerk.

SBi Mains Clerk cutoff a sper 2017 and 2016 trendsshared is between 115 to 133 marks range outof 200 total marks.
