sc candidate scored 300 in neet ug belongs to telangana. do i have any chances to get into this college

Physically Handicapped - 146-129
SC/ST/OBC - 146-113
SC/ST/OBC Physically hadicapped -128-113
As you have mentioned that you belong to sc category and have scored 300, the possibility to get a government college under All India quota is difficult however you can try under the state quota of telengana (the cutoff is a bit higher in state quota) . You can also try in deeemed universities with this score.
