Sc candidate with rank 900000 get seat in some colleges in csab counciling is it take Al rank or sc rank

Dear aspirant, if you want a seat in sc quota then the sc rank matters, all india rank is on the basis of marks you have scored among all the students who gave the exam, whearas sc rank is on the basis of the top marks of student and follows providing the rank of sc students only, basically sc quota seat is all about competing with sc quota students only.
