See there is only one NEET qualifying cut-off whether it is for AIQ or state quota of any state for particular category. For SC category it was 113-146 marks in NEET 2020. I am enlisting down the qualifying cut-offs for NEET 2020 as released by National Testing Agency for different categories :-

• General - 50th percentile - 720-147 marks
• General-PH - 45th percentile - 146-129 marks
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 146-113 marks
• SC/ST/OBC-PH - 40th percentile - 128-113 marks
