First of all congratulations that you gave your jee advanced exam by qualifying JEE Mains.
But as you secured 3284 sc category rank in JEE advanced 2020 then sorry you cannot get any seat in any IITs.
Because if you want a seat in IIT from sc category (male) then your sc rank must be under 2300.

So with this much rank there is no chance that you get even the newer IITs.
Also as per seeing the rate of increment of cutoff this year, there is no chance for you to get any seat in any iits.
