Based on the cutoff of 2018 you need to score minimum of 368 to get admission for MBBS in government colleges under general category.

But every year the cutoff may vary based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.

But your chances are less under general category.

If you have any category reservation you may have chances.
