If you are a category student then all category students have a fee waiver provided by the govt itself. But if you are a general category student and pursue b.tech, the following trusts offer scholarships based on merit and your 12std marks:

Government provides numerous scholarships for students. No only for Btech but eventually all courses apply for same scholarship. No matter if it's Btech or BFA. You will get same amount of Scholarship application available each year. On an average you must have your family income lesser then 6 lakhs and no parents should be in government service.
