There are various options after 12th standard in science stream, but basically it depends on your subject combinations whether PCM/B your interest, aptitude, skill sets, the kind of job profile you want to pursue in future, so a whole lot of factors is dependent here while choosing your career,
With PCM and if you're interested in technical field, you can opt for the following-

- Architecture
- Railway Apprentice Exam
- AME Training
- CPL Training
- BCA/BSc IT Hons
- BSc Hons in PCM, further followed by MSc, BEd or qualify NET/SET for lecturership,

If you're interested in pursuing a career academically, and want to have a career in teaching, then you can consider the following
BS-MS Dual Degree from IISER,
Four years BS Degree in IISc Bangalore through KVPY,
Appear for NEST to pursue five years integrated MSc in NISER Bhubaneshwar/UM DAE CABS Mumbai
Other than aforementioned, there are few emerging options such as microbiology, bioinformatics, forensic science, environment science, genetics to name a few where you can pursue Major in.
Further after completion of above courses, you can qualify NET JRF for higher studies, else become lecturer, there are also state level SETs conducted for the recruitment of assistant professors, BEd is necessary to teach in school level.
